Must Love Babies – Lynnette Austin

My review

Hunky guy, cute little baby and southern hospitality: what a wonderful mix! We meet Brant, the ultimate bachelor, who has a successful vintage car repair business with his brothers. When he is in Misty Bottoms to attend to a wedding, he gets a call that his sister has been in a car accident. He rushes over to find her hospitalized and in desperate need of a nanny for her five months old son. As an ultimate bacholor, Brant doesn’t have a clue what to do with the baby. But the cute southern girl he met at the wedding, Molly, decides to help him out. Together with the towns people of Misty Bottoms they help Brant take care of his nephew while his sister recovers.
Lynnette does an excellent job in describing the issues Brant has with his instant-daddy-ship. From using a drawer to create a bed for his nephew up until his manly speeches to help the baby fall asleep. Absolutely hilarious. And what would Brant have done without the cute southern girl? So when he resumes looking for a new property to expand the business, he finds himself looking for something near Misty Bottoms. Maybe there can be more babies in his future?
Four out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.
